32nd Annual Golf Tournament
Register now for the 32nd Annual RMHC Golf Tournament at Jeremy Ranch! This year, we are working very closely with Jeremy Ranch Golf and Country Club to host the 32nd Annual RMHC Golf Tournament. 144 golfers will join us on Monday, August 17th and enjoy a beautiful day of golf in the mountains – while raising much needed funds for the pediatric patient families served by RMHC.
There are still spots available, but they are going fast. And, if you want to support Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Intermountain Area, but can’t attend – you can also choose to provide a donation on the registration page. More details, including the link to register, are available on our Golf Page.
Please note: because the safety of our guests and staff are the highest priority, COVID-19 social distancing measures will be in place and updated as needed.

Celebrating the 7th Anniversary of the Ronald McDonald Family Room – Level 3 at Primary Children’s Hospital
On June 7, 2020, we had a virtual celebration of our Ronald McDonald Family Room 3 rd Level. In honor of the Anniversary, and due to the current suspension of the program, we decided that we would share 7 reasons we can’t wait to begin normal operations in the Family Room on our social media. All of the reasons we came up with are available to see on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
Posts were shared throughout the week and included shout-outs to our wonderful core volunteers who make operating the Family Room possible; a video produced by Ace Hardware about their on-going monthly dinners that they have provided to families at the Family Room for many years; sour favorite fun fact that the Family Room on Level 3 is the largest in the World; and the most important reasons of all: the families we are able to serve! In 2019, 5154 families visited the Family Room 96,200 times. That same space provided 1,369 overnight stays – allowing parents to get rest mere steps away from their child’s bedside.
Happy Anniversary Ronald McDonald Family Room – Level 3. We look forward to serving many more families in the years to come!

Legacy of Love Wall located in The Park That Love Built for the Ronald McDonald House
In May 2020, we celebrated the completion of the O.C. Tanner Park That Love Built. On the Northwest side of the park, is our beautiful Legacy of Love Wall with the names of all the individuals who are members of our Legacy of Love Society. Membership in our Legacy of Love Society is our way of thanking those thoughtful donors who have left a legacy by including Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Intermountain Area in their estate plans. All Legacy of Love donors are lifetime members of our Legacy of Love Society and will be permanently recognized on the Legacy of Love donor wall.
Many of our supporters choose to provide for our future through planned gifts. Unlike cash donations, planned gifts are typically made from assets in your estate rather than from disposable income, and may come to fruition after your lifetime.
Creating a Legacy of Love During Your Lifetime
- Cash Gifts: Put your gift to work today
- Securities: Save in taxes this year with a gift of stocks, bonds, or other marketable securities
Creating a Legacy of Love After Your Lifetime
- Bequests: One of the easiest ways is to leave a gift in your will or living trust
- IRA or Retirement Plan Asset: A tax-wise strategy
- Charitable Remainder Trusts: Receive lifetime payments for your generosity
- Life Insurance: A low cost way to make a big impact
If you have already included Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Intermountain Area (RMHC) in a bequest or other planned gift, please let us know so we can properly thank you and include you on our Legacy of Love donor wall. We will of course respect your wishes to remain anonymous, if you so choose. Any details of your gift that you disclose are held in confidence.
For more information, please contact Vickie Moschetti, 801-363 4663, vickie@rmhslc.org or visit our planned giving pages.

Calling all interested Families, Schools, Clubs and Businesses for our 2020 Kilts for Kids!
Summer means more than just Golf at Ronald McDonald House Charities – it also means it’s time to start organizing teams for our fun fall fundraiser: Kilts for Kids. This year we are opening it up to EVERYBODY! If you are a Girl Scout or Boy Scout Troop, a Church Group, a School, a Book Club, a Sports Team, or a Business (and any other type of group) – you could have a lot of fun participating in our Kilts for Kids event.
This is the fundraiser where you and your best crew have a photo shoot wearing kilts (you can wear your own or we can provide the kilts!), then you help RMHC raise some money, and compete all month long to vie for the Kilts for Kids Crown and other fun prizes! Goals are determined by you and every dollar you raise helps the families we serve! If you are interested in learning more, please contact Stephanie Stevens at: stephanie@rmhslc.org
